DiSC Profiling

DiSC® Profiling is an important part of and underpins all Team Building Company programmes, workshops and coaching. Jenny has a high level or skill and unique area of expertise in facilitating, translating and guiding clients on the knowledge gained from their DiSC® profiles which is then used to help people clearly see how they are perceived and received in their current working environment.

WHAT IS DiSC®?

DiSC® is a behavioural model that helps people to understand how their behaviour affects others in the workplace.
